复方嗜酸乳杆菌治疗幽门螺杆菌感染的疗效观察
Observation of Compound Lactobacillus Acidophilus in Treatment of Helicobacter Pylori Infection

Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the efficacy and safety of compound lactobacillus acidophilus combined with standard triple therapy in treatment of helicobacter pylori infection gastrointestinal ulcer .METHODS:240 cases of patients with helicobacter pylori infection admitted from Jan .to Jun.2014 were divided into control group and observation group via random number table , with 112 cases in control group and 128 cases in observation group .The control group received conventional triple therapy (rabeprazole azole, amoxicillin and clarithromycin), the observation group additionally received compound lactobacillus acidophilus on the basis of traditional triple therapy .The treatment course were 14 d in two groups. The remission rate of clinical symptoms , healing rate of ulcer , Hp eradicate rate and adverse reactions were recorded in detail.RESULTS:After 4 weeks, as for the indexes in observation group and control group , the remission rate of clinical symptoms were 90.62%(116/128) and 76.79%(86/112) , respectively;healing rate of ulcer were 92.19%(118/128) and 74.11%( 83/112 ), respectively; Hp eradicate rate were 91.62%( 116/128 ) and 73.21% ( 82/112 ), respectively;incidence of adverse reactions were 11.72%(15/128) and 27.68%(31/112), respectively; the efficacy and adverse reactions in two groups were statistically significantly different ( P <0.05 ).CONCLUSIONS: Compound lactobacillus acidophilus combined with triple therapy can significantly improve the Hp eradicate rate , promote ulcer healing and reduce adverse reactions .The treatment effect is good ,and worth clinical promotion .关键词
