Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the effect of Diosmin tablets combined with long musk hemorrhoid ointment on anorectal diseases after surgery .METHODS: 93 cases of surgical patients admitted to the anorectal section in Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Dalian University from Jul .2013 to Dec.2014 were selected to be randomly divided into the observation group(47 cases)and the control group(46 cases).The control group received Diosmin tablets after surgery , the treatment group additionally received musk hemorrhoids ointment based on the control group .The status of pain, extinction time of edema and occurrence rate of adverse reactions were compared between two groups after surgery .RESULUS:The pain VAS scores of 4 d and 7 d in observation group after surgery were lower than those in the control group [ (2.0 ±0.5) scores vs.(2.6 ±0.7) scores,(1.1 ±0.3) scores vs.(1.5 ±0.4) scores], with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The edema scores of 4 d and 7 d and extinction time of edema in observation group were significantly better than those in the control group [(1.8 ±0.4) scores vs.(2.1 ±0.6) scores, (0.7 ±0.3) scores vs.(1.2 ±0.5) scores, (5.2 ±0.6) d vs.(6.4 ±0.8) d] , and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group and control group ( P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:The application of Diosmin tablets combined with long musk hemorrhoid ointment in treatment of anorectal diseases after surgery plays an effective role in promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and antisepsis and anti-inflammation, and can alleviate the symptoms of edema and pain .It is worthy of clinical promotion .关键词
