Abstract
OBJECTIVE:Effect of Claudin-1 on the invasion and metastases of SW620 cells was observed via inhibiting Claudin-1 expression quantity in SW620 cells.METHODS:To establish the stable and low expression Claudin-1 in SW620 cells, meanwhile the low expression SW620 cells and the empty vector-transfected SW620 cells were compared in respect of the penetrating power of matrigel and the metastasis in nude mice .RESULTS:Low expression Claudin-1 inhibited SW620 cells in the penetrating power of matrigel and the metastasis capacity in nude mice .CONCLUSIONS: To some extent, inhibition of Claudin-1 expression can inhibit invasion and metastases of SW620 cells.关键词
