Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application situation and tendency of anti-hypertensive drugs in Shanghai Songjiang Central Hospital ( hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) , and to provide reference for the rational drug use in clinic .METHODS:Based on the prescription data of anti-hypertensive drugs in our hospital during 2011-2013, ranking of consumption sum and frequency analysis were implemented to statistically analyze the consumption sum, ranking frequency of drug use and defined daily cost (DDC) etc.RESULTS:Consumption sum of anti-hypertensive drugs increased annually during the three years , while anti-hypertensive drugs remain took up a balanced proportion in the total drug consumption .The most commonly used drugs were calcium channel blockers ( CCB ) and angiotensin receptor blocker ( ARB ) , which took up more than 30% of the total consumption sum , respectively .One of the calcium channel blockers , amlodipine , dominated the first place in consumption sum in two consecutive years ,and kept the top one of DDDs for three years .CONCLUSIONS:Application of anti-hypertensive drugs in our hospital was basically reasonable .Commonly used anti-hypertensive drugs in our hospital are CCB ,ARB,ACEI, diuretic,compound preparation and βreceptor blockers.关键词
