Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the preventive application of antibiotics for inguinal herniorrhaphy during perioperative period before and after the special rectification in the Second People's Hospital of Zhaoqing ( hereinafter referred to as“our hospital”) , and to provide reference for the rational drug use in clinic .METHODS:255 discharged medical records of patients with inguinal herniorrhaphy in our hospital from Jan .2012 to Dec.2014 were statistically analyzed.RESULTS:The rate of preventive application of antibiotics for inguinal herniorrhaphy was 94.12%(80/85) in 2012, 30.59%(26/85)in 2013 and falling to 17.65%(15/85)in 2014.In 2012, the categories of antibiotics used in inguinal herniorrhaphy mainly included penicillins , the second and third generation of cephalosporins and nitroimidazoles .After the special rectification , the categories selection of preventive drug use had been improved , the second generation of cephalosporins used more often than before .The combination rate of preventive application of antibiotics decreased yearly , there were no drug combinations in 2014.CONCLUSIONS:After the special rectification on clinic antibiotics use , the use rate of preventive antibiotics inguinal herniorrhaphy during perioperative period significantly decreased , which shows the significant outcome of the special rectification .It is important to formulate the matching countermeasures , strictly implement the Basic Principles for the Prevention Application of Antibiotics and the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Health , so as to improve the rationality of drug use in clinic .关键词
