Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application of pantoprazole sodium injection in the First People's Hospital of Changshu ( hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) , and provide reference for rational drug use in clinic.METHODS: Hospital information system was adopted to conduct retrospective analysis on 200 electronic medical orders of inpatients with application of pantoprazole sodium injection from Jan .to Apr.2014 in our hospital. RESULTS:The application of pantoprazole sodium injection in clinical was basically rational , which mainly applied in the department of digestive internal medicine , and the second one was hematology department , with relatively lower usage rate in other departments; also, prophylactic drug use was the main part , with 102 cases, accounting for 51.00%.However, there were still some cases of irrational medication phenomenon , the irrational rate was 29.50%(59/200 ) .CONCLUSIONS: The clinic should strictly master the indications of application of pantoprazole sodium injection, rationally select the usage , dosage and treatment course of drug , and avoid the phenomenon of irrational drug use .Clinicians should strictly follow the drug instructions , strengthen the consciousness of rational drug use , and the pharmacists should strengthen prescription audit and optimize the pharmaceutical service jointly .关键词
