Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the effective method in antimicrobial rectification , and to promote the rational utilization of antibacterial agents in secondary and tertiary medical institutions of Yangzhou ( hereinafter referred to as “our city”) .METHODS: The supervision and examination of antibacterial agents were conducted under the guidance of Municipal Health Bureau on 23 secondary and tertiary medical institutions , so as to investigate the utilization situation of antibacterial agents before and after rectification .RESULTS:Before treatment , there were only four hospitals met the specification in respect of the rate of antibacterial agents use in inpatients , the number was up to 14 after antimicrobial rectification in 2013.The proportion of antibacterial agents prescriptions in outpatients that up to specification rose from 2 to 15 hospitals .The proportion of preventive antibacterial agents use in class-1 incision surgery patients that up to specification rose from 0 to 11 hospitals.The intensity of antibacterial agents use in inpatients that up to specification rose from 0 to 11 hospitals .CONCLUSIONS:After rectification , various indexes of antibacterial agents have been significantly improved in 23 secondary and tertiary medical institutions , and the utilization of clinical antibacterial agents has been more rational .关键词
