Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the practice and experience of the pharmaceutical service on the patients with oral and maxillofacial space infection by the clinical pharmacists in Stomatological Hospital of the Fourth Military Medical University , and to provide reference for the clinical pharmacists .METHODS:The typical cases of clinic and relevant medical knowledge were applied into the analysis by the clinical pharmacists , the pharmaceutical service were conducted in respect of the formulation of therapeutic scheme of physician , administration of nurse , drug use of patients and the monitoring of adverse reactions after the drug was administered etc .RESULTS: The pharmacists participated in the pharmaceutical treatment of patients with oral and maxillofacial space infection , provided guidance for the rational drug use of physician , proper administration of nurse and rational drug use of patients and monitored the adverse drug reactions , so as to ensure the security of drug use in clinic .CONCLUSIONS: The clinic pharmacists should go into the clinical front line to provide the pharmaceutical service , make full use of their pharmacy specialty , improve the level of rational drug use in clinic and ensure the medication safety in patients .关键词
