摘要
Abstract
Advances in neuroimaging science have provided more and more knowledge about the brain structural and functional changes in Parkinson ′s disease.Resting-state functional MRI is based on lowfrequencyspontaneous fluctuations in the blood -oxygenation-level-dependent signal when an individual is atresting state.And it has been widely used in early diagnosis ,disease monitoring,efficacy assessment andcomorbid emotional and cognitive disorders in Parkinson ′s disease as a noninvasive imaging method.Thisarticle aimed to provide a reference to the mechanism of Parkinson ′s disease.关键词
