Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of cisplatin single-agent chemotherapy combined with the radiotherapy in treatment of cervical cancer patients.Method:80 patients with cervical cancer in our hospital were analyzed according to the different treatment regimens, who were divided into the control group and the experimental group . The control group received radiotherapy treatment, the experimental group was gived radiotherapy combined with cisplatin single-agent chemotherapy.The clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared.Result:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 45.0%,which was significantly higher than 37.5% of the control group (P<0.05); 83.3% clinical benefit of the experimental group,which was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,tumor diameter of the experimental group was (1.85±1.17)cm, which was significantly short than (2.97±1.40)cm of the control group(P<0.05); Adverse reactions rate of the experimental group was 30.0% ,which was higher than 20.0% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of cisplatin single-agent chemotherapy combined with the radiotherapy in treatment of cervical cancer patients was significant,is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
