Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of the high and the mid right ventricular septal pacing on the transmural dispersion of repolarization. Method:54 patients with complete atrioventricular block were randomly divided into high right ventricular septal group and mid right ventricular septal group.The QRS wave duration,Tp-e interval,Tp-ec interval and Tp-e/QT ratio before and after operation were measured and compared.Result:The QRS wave duration,Tp-e interval,Tp-ec interval and Tp-e/QT ratio were all prolonged in the two groups after operation.These parameters were shorter in the mid right ventricular septal group,but there were no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The high and the mid right ventricular septal pacing groups both could prolong the parameters of transmural dispersion of repolarization,but no significant difference between the two groups was observed.关键词
