481例不同年龄组国产与进口流感疫苗接种效果分析

Abstract
Objective:To compare the immunological effects of domestic and imported split influenza virus vaccine (Influenza Vaccine for short). Method:Using telephone and questionnaire to communicate with the 481 people who took the Influenza Vaccine in The Fifth Affiliated Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University from September 2013 to January 2014,so as to do the statistical analysis on the common cold and the Influenza alike occurred within half year after people taking the Vaccine.The results were divided into two groups.One was 6-35 months-old group,and the other was≥3 years-old. Then we did statistical analysis with SPSS19.0 software,and discussed the significance of differences between the immunological effects of these two kinds of vaccine.Result:For 6-35mouths-old group,the occurring frequency of common cold was 46.9% and 44.2% for imported and domestic vaccine separately,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),while 1.9% and 2.6% for influenza separately, there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).For≥3 years-old group,the frequency was 22.2% and 32.0% separately for common cold, there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),while 1.8% and 1.3% for influenza,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:There is no significant difference on the possibility of getting common cold or influenza within half year between people taking Glaxo Smith Kline vaccine and those taking Lanzhou Biological one.关键词
