Abstract
Objective:To explore the application analysis of microbiological detection in infection control of primary hospital.Method: On the basis of the data extracted from some of the primary hospitals, 50 cases of inpatients were randomly divided into two groups. The odd numbers as the observation group were monitored their infection phenomenon by microbiological detection method,and the even numbers as the control group were treated with conventional treatment and nursing,the clinical effect of the two groups were compared and observed.Result:In the total infection rate, the observation group was 4.00% much lower than the control group 32.00%,the difference was statistically significance (P<0.05).In the satisfaction of patients, the observation group was 96.00%, which was apparently higher than the control group 64.00%, there was statistically significance difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the infection patients who in the primary hospitals, the use of microbial detection can not only reduce the total infection rate effectively, but also improve their satisfaction.So it is worth using widely in clinical practice.关键词
