Abstract
The Red Pepper of Huai’an is a famous kind of vegetable with the brand of Chinese geography label,which has been favored by the consumers in the market over the years.The study elaborated the characteristics and the development status of Huai’an Red Peppers,analyzed successful experiences and problems of Huai’an Red Pepper industry development,discussed the enlightenment of Huai’an Red Pepper industry to the local vegetable resources,so as to promote the development of local vegetable resources.关键词
