Abstract
The ideological and political work is a magic weapon for Party Building,which gives full play to the Party’s leading role and cohesion. With the deepening of the reform of seed industry,agricultural scientific research institutions in China is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges,thoughts of scientific and technological personnel also occur in the complex and profound changes.People rely on scientific and technological innovation,to improve the ideological and political work of agricultural science and technology unit is important guarantee of seed industry system reform.Therefore,it has become a new task for the party organization of agricultural scientific research units to carry out the ideological and political work of scientific and technological personnel,and it is of great significance to do a good job of ideological and political work of agricultural scientific and technological personnel.This paper introduced the recent trends and dysfunctional cognitions of agricultural scientific research institutions.关键词
