载脂蛋白E基因多态性与老年人轻度认知功能障碍的关联研究

Abstract
Objective To study the relation between the distribution of Apo lipoprotein E ( ApoE) genotypes and mild cognitive impairment in Jiangxi ,China. Methods The patient group was collected from patients with MCI ( n=120) in accordance with the diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders fourth edition (DSM-IV) diag-nosis standard. The normal group was collected from the healthy check-ups. The ApoE gene polymorphism were de-termined using the polymerase chain reaction. Results The ApoE of ε3/3 genotypes had highest frequency,fol-lowed byε3/4 andε2/2 had lowest frequency in the elderly of Jiangxi. The frequency of the ApoEε4 genotypes was higher in MCI group than in the control group (14. 17% vs 7. 91%, P<0. 05). ApoE epsilon 4 allele was posi-tively associated with the onset of MCI( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion Among the elderly of Jiangxi, ApoEε3/3 is the most common genotype, ApoEε3 is the most common allele, MCI prevalence is associated with ApoE gene polymor-phism and the ApoEε4 allele could be a pathogenic risk factor for MCI.关键词
