猪环曲病毒 RT-PCR 检测方法的建立及应用
Establishment and Application of RT-PCR Method for Detection of Porcine Torovirus

Abstract
To understand the infection of porcine torovirus(PToV)in pigs of Sichuan province,the RT-PCR meth-od for detecting PToV was developed based on the specific primers.And its sensitivity,specificity and repeatability were tested.The results indicated that only PToV was successfully amplified with a target fragment of 569 bp in size.Testing of the sensitivity of RT-PCR indicated that the lowest detection limit was 15 pg nuclear acids.A total of 27 diarrheal feces samples and 29 healthy feces samples were collected from Sichuan province for PToV detec-tion,the results exhibited that the positive rate of PToV was 33.3% from diarrheal samples and 6.9% from healthy samples.The above result suggested that we successfully established the RT-PCR method with high sensi-tivity,strong specificity and good repeatability for PToV detection.关键词
