一株三穗鸭源 H6N6亚型禽流感病毒的分离鉴定
Isolation and Identification of H6N6 Subtype Influenza Virus from Sansui Ducks
摘要
Abstract
The present study was aimed to explore the presence and spread of H6N6 subtype influenza virus in birds in order to provide a basic dynamic of monitoring or prevention and control of avian influenza outbreaks in Guizhou.The 50 cloacal swabs were collected from duck farms in Sansui of Guizhou province,the virus was isolated and inoculated to 9 day chicken-embryos.By hemagglutinin (HA)and hemagglutination inhibition (HI)tests,the virus is neither a Newcastle disease virus,nor is H5,H7 and H9 subtypes of avian influenza virus.The viral RNA was extracted to amplify the corresponding HA and NA gene fragments by universal primers of avian influenza vi-rus HA and NA genes.These results suggested that the strain was H6N6 avian influenza virus by comparison with other strains.This study proved that the H6N6 subtype influenza virus exists in ducks of Guizhou,it provides an important basis to further study its origins and pathogenicity.关键词
