陕西省部分地区鸡源A型产气荚膜梭菌分离株的药敏试验
Antimicrobial Susceptibility Test of Clostridium perfringens Type A Isolates Identified from Chickens in Some Regions of Shaanxi Province
摘要
Abstract
To understand the drug resistances of common antimicrobials,the antimicrobial susceptibility test of 52 C.perfringens isolates from chicken in some regions of Shaanxi province were determined by Kirby-Bauer method.The results showed that all strains displayed different resistance levels,the rates of drug resistance to sulfisoxazole,cotrimoxazole,doxycycline were 82.69%,76.92% and 73.08%,respective-ly.And the rates of drug susceptibility to vancomycin,chloramphenicol,bacitracin were higher than 80%. Most of strains were multidrug resistant.The results showed the severity of drug resistance of the isolates from chicken in Shaanxi province.关键词
