癌症标记蛋白 AGR2的原核表达及纯化
Prokaryotic Expression and Purification of Cancer Maker Protein AGR2
摘要
Abstract
Anterior gradient-2 (AGR2)is a secreted protein and overexpressed in many tumor tissues of glands.Thus,AGR2 is considered to be a promising biomarker for early diagnosis and prognosis on cancer. It was used to express AGR2 by prokaryotic expresion vector pGEX4T-1-△SP-AGR2 in E .coli.After in-duction with IPIG,the protein was assessed with Coomassie bright blue gel and Western blot.The results showed that the AGR2 vector was induced with IPTG at 25℃ for 16 hours to get high expression of pure and bioactive AGR2 protein.Our results suggest potential uses in the study the mechanism of AGR2 as a secreted prote of the tumor.In a broader sense,they also has important theoretical and practical significance for early diagnosis and prognosis of cancer.关键词
