Abstract
To investigate the molecular epidemiology of PCV-2 in Heilongjiang province,two hundreds and fouty six samples,which were cllected between 2012 and 2014 from suspected pigs in 7 regions of Hei-longjiang province,were detected by PCR.Then the ORF2 genes of 11 PCV-2 strains isolated in 246 sam-ples were cloned and sequenced.The result indicated that 193 samples were positive in this study,and the infection rate was 78.46%.Homology of the ORF2 genomic nucleotides among the isolates were 90.5%-100%.6 of the strains obtained in this study belong to PCV-2e,3 belong to PCV-2a,2 belong to PCV-2d. This study indicated that the PCV-2b may be the dominant type in the prevalence of PCV in Heilongjiang province in 2012-2014,and without obvious difference in the different areas.关键词
