贵州省羔羊死亡原因调查分析
Investigation and Analysis of Death Causes for Goat Lambs in Guizhou Province

Abstract
In order to clarify the causes of lamb death in goat farms in Guizhou province,we had made field surveys and collected samples of sera and tissues of the sick lambs for detection of antibodies and identifica-tion of pathogens in 72 goat farms from September 2013 to August 2014.The results showed as follows:The total lambs were 3 735 in the investigative farms and the numbers of dead lambs were 779 with the mortality 20.86%.The mortality rates were respectively 14.16%,3.75%,0.91% and 2.03% in winter, spring,summer and autumn,and respectively 31.86% and 12.91% for the introduction goats and the local goats,and respectively 61.36%,20.80% and 17.84% by infection,reproduction and management factors. The identified pathogens were mainly Escherichia coli ,Clostridium perfringens ,Streptococcus pneumoniae and Mycoplasma pneumoniae from 37 of the dead lambs,which the detected rates were respectively 64.86%,29.73%,24.32% and 18.92%.These results indicated that the causes of the lamb death are com-plex and should take the comprehensive measures to prevent and control the lamb death in Guizhou prov-ince.关键词
