摘要
Abstract
The subsynchronous oscillations can be occur irregular and have a hybrid waveform,when there is high voltage direct current (HVDC) and also TCSC in the power systems. The paper has researched this hybrid subsynchronous oscillations’ characteristic. analyzed the causes of subsynchronous oscillation (SSO) and proposed a damping countermeasure by using static synchronous series compensator (STATCOM). Site operation results show that the SSO damping device have suppressed SSO effectively and have a excellent price-performance.关键词
