摘要

Abstract

The battery is the core part of electric vehicles, and the effective management and use of battery power and the improvement of battery life is a key to the development of electric vehicles.A battery hardware plat-form based on STC89C52 is built for the collection of the single cell voltage, current, temperature and other basic information with improved A/D conversion, serial port communication and thermo sensor control.The PC data pro-cessing platform is built using LabVIEW for the study of pure electric vehicle battery real-time monitoring and early warning system, providing functions such as the battery measurements, power estimates and fault alarm as well as ef-fective battery management and control.The system works stably with good battery performance, laying the theoreti-cal foundation for the future development of battery performance optimization.
