鹿角藤提取物的抑菌活性
Fungicidal Activity of Extracts from Chonemorpha splendens

Abstract
Fungicidal activities of methanol extract and extracts with petroleum ether,chloroform,ethyl acetate,n-butanol from Chone-morpha splendens and six components from chloroform extract were tested against Colletotrichum musae, Colletotrichum gloeospori-oides,Fusarium oxysporum,Botryodiplodia theobromae,Rhizoctonia solani,Corynespora cassiicola using the growth rate method.The results showed that:at the concentration of 5 mg· mL-1 ,the chloroform extract had significant fungicidal activity against six target fungi, especially against Colletotrichum musae and Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, the inhibitory rates became 82.48% and 71.57%.In the six components from chloroform extract,E showed the best fungicidal activity,at 0.5 mg· mL-1 ,its inhibitory rates was 74.12%against Colletotrichum musae.So Chonemorpha splendens had an important research and development value.关键词
