不同跨度联冠夹板修复上颌切牙的三维有限元分析∗
Three dimensional finite element analysis of maxillary incisors restored by the combined crowns of different span
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the stress distribution of maxillary incisors which is periodontally compromised and restorated by the combined crowns of different span. Methods Four maxillary incisors were scanned by Micro-CT and constructed into three dimensional finite element models by Mimics 10. 01 software under the simulate clinical situa-tion with 1/3 of cervical alveolar supporting bone loss. Models were divided into three groups according to the design of single tooth, two-teeth combined, four-teeth combined crowns, each group were divided into subgroups in the light of the loading angle of the crown to the lingual surface of the incisal edge, with angles of 5°, 10°, 15°, 20°, 25°, 30°, 35°, 40°, 45°, respectively. Then the data of each group were imported into Ansys Workbench 11. 0 software to obtain the Von Mises values. Results The stress of the teeth and the alveolar bone with restoration of two-tooth combined crowns were lower than that with single tooth under all angles, which were even lower for four-teeth combined crowns. Conclu-sion The type of crown for the maxillary incisors influences the stress on the teeth and the supporting alveolar bone. Combined crowns can effectively reduce stress of teeth and the alveolar bone through the mechanism of periodontal splints, the longer the span of the combined crowns, the lower the stress.关键词
