白塞病误诊为化脓性扁桃体炎1例并文献复习
One case of Beh(c)et's disease misdiagnosed as suppurative tonsillitis and literature review
摘要
Abstract
Objective To better understand the clinical features of Beh(c)et's disease and reduce misdiagnosis.Methods The clinical data of one case of Beh(c)et's disease misdiagnosed as acute suppurative tonsillitis at our department recently were retrospectively analyzed.Results The first manifestation of Beh(c)et's disease varied.The first manifestations of this patient were fever and purulent tonsils.Antibiotic treatment got no effect.During the course,genital ulcers occurred.Line prick test was positive.Therefore,it was diagnosed Beh(c)et's disease.The patient was cured by hormones and immunosuppressive agents.Conclusions The first manifestation of Beh(c)et's disease varies;when fever and purulent tonsils are first symptoms and antibiotic therapy is not effective,Beh(c)et's disease should be considered.关键词
