Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on the clinical efficacy and quality of life in patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods 102 patients with acute pancreatitis treated at our hospital from February,2011 to February,2014 were randomly divided into a study group (n=51) and a control group (n=51).The control group was intervened with general nursing care,including observing the patient's condition and discharge guidance;and in addition,the study group with comprehensive nursing care,including psychological nursing intervention,diet nursing intervention,and gastrointestinal nursing intervention.Results After the intervention,the satisfaction degree was significantly higher,the average hospitalization time was shorter,the time of recovery of serum amylase and stomach pain was significantly shorter than that the control group,were statistically significant (P<0.05),and the scores of mental health,emotional function,social function,energy,general health,bodily pain,physical function,and life function were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group,with statistical differences.Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the clinical efficacy and quality of life in patients with acute pancreatitis.关键词
