项目化管理在新毕业护士培训中的应用
The application of project management in the training of new graduate nurses
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the application effect of project management in the training of new graduate nurses.Methods 54 new graduate nurses recruited in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2013 were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 27 cases in each group.Control group underwent general management,while observation group underwent project management.Compared assessment results of clinical nursing skills and knowledge and nursing satisfaction.Results The annual assessment of clinical theory knowledge and nursing satisfaction in observation group were 96.3％ and 99.0％,those in control group were 74.8％ and 89.5％ respectively,with statistically significant differences between two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion Project management in the training of new graduate nurses can effectively strengthen their professional knowledge,improve their clinical operational skills and comprehensive qualities,worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
