摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of Yimu granules on the levels of estrogen (E2) and progesterone (P) in patients with medical abortion.Methods 107 patients undergoing medical abortion in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected,and randomly divided into observation group (54 cases) and control group (53 cases).Observation group took Yimu granules 5 h after medical abortion,while control group took nothing after medical abortion,normal rest.Results There were statistically significant differences in the levels of E2 and P during 2 weeks after medical abortion between two groups (P＜0.05).Uterine bleeding time and uterine bleeding amount in observation group were superior to control group,with statistically significant differences between two groups (P＜0.01).Conclusion Yimu granules can effectively regulate the levels of E2 and P in patients with medical abortion,thus improve the complete abortion rate,reduce the rate of complete curettage of uterine cavity,can well control the uterus anomaly after medical abortion.关键词
