双排螺旋CT在肠梗阻诊断中的应用价值
The application of double spiral CT in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of double spiral CT in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction.Methods 33 cases of intestinal obstruction in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2014 underwent double spiral CT scan,retrospectively analyzed their clinical data.Results The display rate of double spiral CT for intestinal obstruction was 100％,the accurate rate of diagnosis of intestinal obstruetion pathogenesis was 90.9％,the accurate rate of diagnosis of intestinal obstruction site was 96.1％,the accurate rate of diagnosis of strangulated intestinal obstruction was 100％.Conclusion Double spiral CT in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction has high diagnostic accuracy in the display of intestinal obstruction,pathogenesis,site,strangulated intestinal obstruction,with high application value.关键词
