基于Kisssoft的斜齿轮副齿形优化设计
Optimization Design of Tooth Profile for Helical Gear Pairs Based on Kisssoft

Abstract
The design parameters of helical gear pairs in gear box were analyzed with Kisssoft software. The helical gear tooth was modified by the different modification methods regarding to the stress concen⁃tration phenomenon along tooth width direction and the fluctuation phenomenon of transferring error. The results show the intensity and drive performance of the gears are improved after modifying the heli⁃cal gear tooth by using the comprehensive modification method including the tooth profile modification and drum gear modification, and the meshing quality is improved. The analysis results are more in good agreement with the actual condition.关键词
