Abstract
This paper aimed to determine the applicable conditions for detecting mitochondri -al membrane potential (Δψm ) of fluorescent dyes by flow cytometry .Rhodamine 123, Di-OC6 (3) , TMRE, JC-1 were chose and used to analyze the conditions of each dye for the mitochondria membrane potential detection through the induction of UV .The results showed that the change of Δψm detected by Rhodamine 123 was larger than other dyes , which may be related to the adaption of Rhodamine 123 to acute cell damage .By comparing the experi-mental method , it is more accurate for the future of the mitochondrial membrane potential de-tection by flow cytometry .关键词
