摘要
Abstract
The finite element model of the refractive infrared optical system was established by ANSYS, and the thermal stress analysis was accomplished. The Zernike polynomial was used to fit the mirror surface of optical lens as an interface tool, the zernike coefficients, lens interval changes and the variation of material’s refractive index were substituted into the optical design software ZEMAX for analyzing the optical performance of system after deformation. The analysis results show that the mirror surface of optical lens changes seriously for different temperature, and the image plane of optical system driftes, which leads to the optical performance of system decreasing. The integrated optomechanical-thermal analysis method is successfully applied to the infrared optical system, so the influence of thermal environment on the optical performance can be predicted, and the method can provide reference for the design of optomechanical system.关键词
