摘要
Abstract
This paper aims at the demand of the ship fixed‐line telephone number portability on shoring other land or voyaging .Then based on IN architecture ,with decentralization management of “H‐V” relation list ,the operation connect flow is established and the login and logout flow when the ship fixed‐line telephone access spot is changed ,which realizes the fast access ,the reliant connect and the number portability on the ship fixed‐line telephone .The operation transfer of the method is easy and cheap .关键词
