摘要
Abstract
Pin-connected buckling restrained braces (BRBs)are new type of structural seismic reduction components.It requires special design and install methods,which were introduced in this paper.Since fabrication and installation could cause initial defects to the nodal plates,finite elements software was used to perform nonlinear analysis to verify its ultimate capacity.Finally,a more precise installation technique was proposed to guarantee the energy dissipation of the BRBs.关键词
