Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of invasive-noninvasive sequential mechanical ventilation in the treatment of non-COPD with acute respiratory failure. Methods 78 non-COPD patients with acute respiratory failure in our hospital from June 2013 to October 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experi-ment group.The control group was given conventional invasive mechanical ventilation treatment,the experiment group was given invasive-noninvasive sequential mechanical ventilation treatment.The respiratory rate,heart rate,arterial blood gas indices,total length of hospital stay,mechanical ventilation time,ventilator weaning success rate,incidence of ventila-tor-associated pneumonia (VAP) and in-hospital mortality rate before and after treatment in two groups was compared respectively. Results The respiratory rate,heart rates,the level of PaCO2 in two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,the level of PaO2 in two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment,with signifi-cant difference (P<0.05).The level of PaCO2 in the experiment group after treatment was lower than that in the control group after treatment,the level of PaO2 in the experiment group after treatment was higher than that in the control group after treatment,with significant difference (P<0.05).There was no significant difference of the ventilator weaning success rate and in-hospital mortality rate between two groups (P>0.05).The total length of hospital stay,mechanical ventilation time and the incidence rate of VAP in the experiment group was lower than in the control group,with significant differ-ence(P<0.05). Conclusion Invasive-noninvasive sequential mechanical ventilation treatment can significantly improve clinical symptom of the patients with non-COPD acute respiratory failure,shorten the treatment time and reduce inci-dence rate of VAP,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
