Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of three-endoscopic combination in the treatment of extrahepatic bile duct stone. Methods 80 patients with extrahepatic bile duct stone in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the different operation methods,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional operation treatment,and the treatment group rwas given the treatment of three-endoscopic combination (laparoscope,duodenoscope and choledochoscope).The treatment effect in two groups was compared. Results There was no death case in two groups after operation.The intra-operative blood loss in the treatment group was less than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). The recovery time of gastrointestinal motility and getting out-of-bed time in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).There was no significant difference for incidence rate of complication between two groups after operation (P>0.05). Conclusion The effect of three-endoscopic combination in the treatment of extrahepatic bile duct stone is significant,trauma is small,the amount of bleeding is small,postoperative recovery is fast,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
