Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the surgery treating wrist joint fracture dislocation associated with carpal tunnel syndrome. Methods Ninety patients with wrist joint fracture dislocation associated with carpal tunnel syndrome treated in our hospital from October 2011 to October 2014 were selected and divided into control group and study group.Control group was given non-surgical treatment and study group was given surgical treatment.The clinical efficacy between two groups was compared. Results After treatment,the excellent and good rate of control group was 62.5%and that of the study group was 82.0%,and there was a statistical difference between two groups (P<0.05).The study group was significantly better than the control group in the wrist joint mobility situation and median nerve recovery sit-uation,and there was a statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Surgery treating wrist joint fracture dislocation asso-ciated with carpal tunnel syndrome has remarkable clinical effect and enables good postoperative recovery for patients, and surgical treatment is recommended to treat wrist joint fracture dislocation associated with carpal tunnel syndrome.关键词
