146例婴幼儿食物过敏的临床分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of infants with food allergy. Methods Clinical data of 146 case of infants with food allergy from December 2010 to December 2014 in our hospital were retrospective analyzed. Results Among 146 infants and small children,there were 95 cases with digestive tract symptoms (65.07%),44 cases with skin symptoms (30.14%),7 cases with respiratory symptoms (4.79%).The top three allergens were milk (77 cases, 52.74%),egg (32 cases,21.92%),and fish,shrimp,crab (12 cases,8.22%).The misdiagnosis rate was 60.96%. Conclusion The digestive tract,skin and respiratory symptoms are mainly manifestations of the food allergies infants.Because of their varied and complicated clinical manifestations can be easily misdiagnosed and even omitted in diagnosis.关键词
