摘要
Abstract
A surface polar magneto‐optical Kerr magnetometer is one of some important characterization tools of mag‐netic thin films .It has been used widely in structure characterization of magnetic thin films ,spintronics ,magnetic recording , dynamic measurement et al .its basic principle ,architecture of this instrument ,data sampling and processing are introduced in this paper .The solution to magnetic measurement is simple ,easy to realized and operate .关键词
