A WORKFLOW TASK USER ASSIGNMENT METHOD FOR PREVENTING AUTHORISATION CONFLICT

Abstract
To improve the reasonability of workflow user assignment and to avoid the authorisation conflicts between tasks during the workflow execution, as well as to improve user assignment efficiency in workflow operation, this paper proposes a task-based user assignment method.The proposed method is implemented in two stages.In first stage, when defining the workflow, it uses the depth-first search method of workflow diagram to get all the conditions between the authorised constraint tasks; in second stage, when workflow instance is running, before the tasks to be assigned it uses the conditions obtained in first stage to exclude all such users who may cause the optional user collection of subsequent tasks being empty.Finally, an application example of financial reimbursement illustrates the effectiveness of the method.关键词
