子午流注护理法在脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患儿护理中的应用

Abstract
Objective:To study the application of meridian lingers nursing method in children with spleen defi-ciency type of chronic gastritis.Methods:A total of 106 cases of children with spleen deficiency type of chronic gastritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,53 cases in each.After routine treat-ment,the patients in control group were given nursing education and life care.The patients in observation group were given meridian lingers nursing.And then to compare the time of symptom relief,recovery time,treatment compliance and parents’satisfaction to nursing work between both groups.Results:The symptom relief time and recovery time of patients in observation group were significantly less than that in control group(P <0.05). The total treatment compliance of patients in observation group was 98.1 1%,which was significantly higher than that in control group 83.02% (P <0.05).The family members’satisfaction with nursing work in observa-tion group was 88.68%,which was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:The meridian lingers nursing method was used for intervention on children with spleen deficiency type of chronic gastritis,which can effectively promote the rehabilitation.It can increase the treatment compliance of ill children and can get the family members’recognition,and its effect is obvious.关键词
