摘要

Abstract

In order to improve soil microenvironment and optimize the suitable dosage of microbial agents, we carried out pot experiments with four treatments to study the effects of different treatments on the activities of soil key enzymes and the root system growth of flue-cured tobacco.The results indicated that: in comparison with the control ( CK) , the treatments T1, T2 and T3 im-proved the activities of soil urease, sucrase and catalase to different extent, especially the treatment T1 had the most obvious effect on the increase in soil sucrase activity, and the treatment T2 had the most obvious effect on the increase in the activities of soil ure-ase and catalase.As compared with CK, three treatments of applying microbial agents enhanced the root activity of flue-cured tobac-co, and the treatment T2 obtained the best effect.The dry weight of root, stem and leaf, and the root-shoot ratio of flue-cured to-bacco in the treatments ( especially T2 ) of applying microbial agents were higher than those of CK.Therefore, the treatments T1 and T2 could better improve the activities of soil key enzymes in flue-cured tobacco field, and the treatment T2 could better increase the root activity, the dry weight of root, stem and leaf, and the root-shoot ratio of flue-cured tobacco, which was followed by the treat-ment T3 .
