4种漱口液对白色念珠菌抑制效果的实验研究及临床观察
Clinical Observation on Bacteriostatic Effect of Four Kinds of Gargles on Candida Albicans

Abstract
Objective To investigate the bacteriostatic effect of four kinds of gargles on Candida albicans, and to observe clinical efficacy of gargles on cancer patients with oral Candida albicans infection undergoing chemoradiotherapy. Methods Four kinds of gargles including compound chlorhexidine mouthwash, 0.02%chlorhexidine acetate solution, 0.5%povidone-iodine solution, and 0.1%cetylpyridinium chloride were applied in experiment group while physiological saline was applied in control group then the antibacterial effect of four gargles was observed. The antibacterial gargles with obvious effect were applied among two groups involving 60 cases of cancer patients with oral Candida albicans infection undergoing chemoradiotherapy. R esults Good antibacterial effect was found in compound chlorhexidine mouthwash and 0.5% povidone -iodine solution when compared with that of 0.02%chlorhexidine acetate solution and 0.1% cetylpyridinium chloride and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05), but no statistical significance was found in the effect comparison between compound chlorhexidine mouthwash and 0.5% povidone-iodine solution (P>0.05). Clinically, 0.5% povidone-iodine solution group presented good effect in terms of duration of pain and average healing time when compared with compound chlorhexidine mouthwash, which indicated statistical significance ( P<0.05). Conclusion Compound chlorhexidine mouthwash and 0.5% povidone-iodine solution have good antibacterial effect while in terms of duration of pain and the average healing time, 0.5%povidone-iodine solution performs even better.关键词
