某院253名ICU护士对ICU获得性衰弱认知情况现状分析
Cognition on ICU-Acquired Weakness of ICU nurses
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore ICU nurses’ cognition on ICU-acquired weakness and to provide reference for future training and intervention. Methods A self-designed questionnaire including the concept, diagnostic assessment, risk factors, early intervention indications and methods for ICU-acquired weakness was used to survey 253 ICU nurses in a general hospital in Sichuan province. Results The score of median knowledge was 22.00, and that of interquartile range 10.04. Totally 11.5% of the nurses was completely unaware of ICU-acquired weakness, and only 8.7% of them presented adequate knowledge about ICU-acquired weakness. Of the total, 60.9% of them had poor nursing practice cognition and 23.7% of them had access to relevant knowledge within one month. The most important ways of acquiring knowledge were the exchange between colleagues (93.0%) and textbooks (67.6%). Conclusion Since ICU nurses have limited knowledge about ICU-acquired weakness, the education on ICU-acquired weakness should be strengthened to improve its practice.关键词
