摘要
Abstract
Clouding color masterbatch with antibacterial properties used for ABS hard plas-tic toy is composed of antibacterial base masterbatch and clouding color masterbatch. In this paper,the optimum ratio of preparing the “blue sky white clouds” masterbatch with antibacterial properties was ascertained by experiments. The results show the best ratio of antibacterial base masterbatch:carrier resin is 80%,colorant is 4%,antioxidant is 1%,an-tibacterial agent loading in Ag is 15%;that of clouding masterbatch:carrier resin is 80%, colorant is 2%,dispersant is 8%,lubricant is 10%. The antibacterial rate of ABS plates made from the functional masterbatch is 99 . 1%.关键词
