狮头鹅、四川白鹅和乌鬃鹅生产性能及消化道生理比较研究
Comparison on growth performance and intestinal digestive physiology among Lionhead goose, Sichuan white goose and Wuzong goose

Abstract
Thisexperim entw asconducted to com pare the grow th perform ance and intestinaldigestive physiology of1-21 and 28-70 day-old Lionhead goose, Sichuan w hite goose and W uzong goose. A total of 270 healthy one-day-old Lionhead geese,Sichuan w hite geese and W uzong geese w ere selected,respectively.Each species w as 6 replicates,and each replicate has 45 geese.In 1,7,14,21,28,42,56,70 days,tw o birds in each replicate w ere selected for slaughter, respectively. G row th perform ance, the grow th index of intestine and digestive enzym e activity w ere determ ined. T he results show ed that A D G and F:G of L ionhead geese in 1-21days and 28-70 days w ere extrem ely higher than that of Sichuan w hite geese and W uzong geese (P<0.01).F:G of Sichuan w hite geese in 1-21 and 28-70 days w as significantly lowerthanthatofW uzonggeese (P<0.01);therelativeduodenum weightsandrelativeduodenum lengthsofthreegeese in1-14dayswerenotsignificant,therelativeduodenum weightofSichuangeesein42and70dayswassignificantly higher than that of other tw o geese (P<0.05);jejunal enzym e activities of three kinds of geese in w hole stage w ere significantly higher than those of duodenum ,and Lionhead goose and W uzong goose have higher values than Sichuan whitegoose.ItisconcludedthatLionheadgoosehasbettergrowthperformancethantheothertwogeese.Theintestinal ontogeneticpatternsofthesethreekindsofgeesewereroughlythesame,whichhavethehighergrowthratefrom 1to21 days,and becom e steady from 28 to 70 days.关键词
