摘要
Abstract
The low bath ratio gas atomization dyeing technology based on aerodynamics and the equipment are introduced. The method makes use of high-speed airflow to drive and dye fabric, realizing low liquor ratio dyeing, dramatically reducing the cost, waste water emission and the demand of dyes, auxiliaries, steam, water, and electricity. An advanced swing adjustable system is also applied to this method to avoid fabric knot, strain and improve the quality of dyeing. The low bath gas atomization dyeing method realizes the low energy consumption, low emissions and high income production, which meets the energy saving requirements of textile industry.关键词
