摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical curative value of using laparoscopic testis reduction and orchiopexy to treat cryptorchid-ism .Methods:Review and analyze the clinical data of using laparoscopic testis reduction and orchiopexy to treat cryptorchidism in the 76 pediatric cases ,which finished from Jan 2013 to June 2014.Resulst:All the surgeries were finished smoothly ,patient only stayed in hos-pital for 2 days post operation .The follow-up was from 1 months to 12 months, all showed no testicular atrophy and retraction .Conclu-sion:Using laparoscopic testis reduction and orchiopexy to treat cryptorchidism was safe , less invasive, less painful and faster recovered. There are number of advantages it has which made it worth spreading.关键词
